The team supports people throughout their entire career at WEICON: from training, through recruiting and onboarding, to personal and professional development. The goal is to create the best environment for successful collaboration and to foster a corporate culture where people feel comfortable and can reach their full potential.

Responsibilities include, among other things, HR administration, payroll processing, managing our benefits, and providing support and advice to employees and managers on all HR-related matters. At the same time, People & Culture actively designs processes, initiatives, and programs that strengthen teamwork and professional growth within the company.
