Our procurement team ensures that the right products and materials are available at the right time, in the right quantities, and under the best terms. In this way, the team makes a vital contribution to the supply capability of our product groups and ensures that our customers worldwide can be reliably supplied.
A central part of the work involves collaborating with our suppliers. In addition to maintaining long-term partnerships, the team’s responsibilities also include identifying new sourcing opportunities. Quality, availability, cost-effectiveness, and a trusting working relationship are always the top priorities.
The Purchasing team works closely with many other departments within the company, maintaining a comprehensive overview of demand, delivery dates, and market trends. The role requires strong organizational skills, negotiation skills, and a keen sense of economic relationships.
